I must say, Maroochy Music and Visual Arts Festival is my favourite festival to photograph by far. Its ability to fill your day with no moments of void is something special, many festivals should take a page out of their book.

Live art work, workshops and installations not to mention the stellar line up of acts including Peking Duk, City Calm Down and Matt Corby have put MMVAF on the map of Australia's best regional boutique festivals.

Located on the old Horton Park Golf Course in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, greenery was surrounding, inflatable humanoid art installations stood over you while some of Australia's best musicians showed us why the day was left ticketless.

If you don't believe what I am telling you, then see for yourself below.

Ngaiire's early set didn't stop her fans from arriving.

City Calm Down broke into an epic cover of The Smith's 'This Charming Man'.
